SECTION 14

- Effective date.

This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its adoption and publication.

Upon being put to a vote, the above ordinance was duly passed by the city council of the City of Ada this 6th day of March 1996 by the following vote:

Ayes:	Konkin, Moteberg, Lewis, Hovland, Tongen
Nays:	None
Absent:	Peters, Onstad
