Sec. 58-31.- Adoption of state law.
Pontotoc County Commissioners having withdrawn and dissolved the Ada Metropolitan Area Planning Commission, the City of Ada hereby avails itself of the provisions of 11 O.S. 45-101, et seq and hereby forms the City of Ada Municipal Planning Commission.

Sec. 58-32. - Designated as city planning commission.
The City of Ada Municipal Planning Commission is designated as the official planning commission for the City of Ada, Oklahoma, in accordance with the law.

Sec. 58-33. - Appointment of members.
The City of Ada Municipal Planning Commission shall consist of five members. Appointments shall be made pursuant to Title 11 O.S. Section 45-102.

Sec. 58-34. - Reference.
That any reference in the City of Ada Code of Ordinances to the Ada Metropolitan Area Planning Commission shall hereinafter be replaced with City of Ada Municipal Planning Commission.
