Development in the RN-C is at a medium density that is commensurate with the existing scale of streets and neighborhoods in these areas.

§ 800-21 University-College Campus (UC-C).

University-College Campus (UC-C)
A. 
Purpose. The University-College Campus District (UC-C) is intended to support master-planned educational campuses that operate in a cohesive manner. The district accommodates a mix of uses that are typically found in campus settings, while ensuring compatibility with adjacent neighborhoods through thoughtful site design and setbacks.
A Campus Master Plan shall be required prior to expansion, redevelopment, or change in use within the University-College Campus (UC-C) district that would require changes to this District. The master plan ensures coordinated land use, transportation, infrastructure, and open space planning in alignment with the institution's long-term goals. The master plan shall be reviewed by the Planning Commission for recommendation to the City Council for adoption. The UC-C district is exempt from the strict adherence to off-street parking standards as detailed in Article 4.
