means one or more habitable rooms that are occupied or that are intended or designed to be occupied by one family with facilities for living, sleeping, cooking, eating and sanitation. Dwelling units may be in one family, two family or multiple family dwellings, or they may be conventionally built homes, manufactured homes or mobile homes as defined in this title, or factory-built houses as defined in Section
