Sec. 4-10-1002. - Downtown Urban Design Standards.

The Urban Design Standards adopted in Section 4-10-121 are on file in the Planning Department of the City.

Sec. 4-10-1003. - Plant List.

(a)

Disclaimer. Plant lists contained in the City of Amarillo Landscape Ordinance are not a guarantee of plant survival. The designer, landscape contractor, or property owner should ensure the plant material is appropriate for the site by examining soil types, microclimates, shade patterns, limitation of irrigation systems, as well as other factors affected by each site.

(b)

Amendment. The Planning Director or designee is authorized to revise this Appendix as new types of plants are developed, weather changes, heightened conservation needs, or relevant factors may warrant.

(c)

Plant list. The Plant List is not set out in the Code, but is on file and available for inspection in the office of the Planning Director.
