CHAPTER 12
ENFORCEMENT OF TITLE
10-12-1: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER:
The administrative officer shall enforce this title in accordance with the penalties and remedies set forth in this title. (Ord. 244, 6-10-2003)
10-12-2: APPEALS; GENERAL:
Any appeals which may be made from the actions of the administrative officer shall be taken to the zoning board of appeals in accordance with chapter 11 of this title. (Ord. 244, 6-10-2003)
