The City of Atlanta, Texas, is hereby divided into Zoning Districts. The regulations as set out herein are uniform within each district. The Planning and Zoning Commission shall not recommend and the City Council shall not approve of any of these districts with other or different regulations than those set forth herein. This does not preclude the establishment of other districts or revision of regulations of the districts in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 14, Procedure for Amending This Article.
