It shall be the duty of the Zoning Enforcement Officer to enforce the provisions of this chapter or of any determination of the Zoning Board of Appeals or Planning Board.

The violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is an offense and shall subject the person violating the same to a fine not exceeding $250. When a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is continuous, each week's continued violation shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
