The several districts hereby established and into which the Township is divided are designated as follows:

The location and boundaries of said zoning districts are hereby established as shown on the Zoning Districts Map, Barrett Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, dated September 2013, as amended, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and hereby made part of this chapter. The Zoning Map and all notations, references, and designations shown thereon shall be as much a part of this chapter as if the same were all fully described and set forth herein.[1]

Where uncertainty exists as to the boundaries of any of the aforesaid districts as shown on said Zoning Map, the Board, upon written application or upon its own motion, shall determine the location of such boundaries.

Except as provided in this chapter, no building or part thereof or other structure shall be erected, altered, added to, or enlarged; nor shall any land, building, structure or premises be used, designated, or intended to be used for any purpose other than as for the uses hereinafter listed as permitted in the district in which such building, land, or premises is located.

The minimum regulations governing the size of lots, yards, height of buildings, and maximum building coverage within each zoning district shall be as set forth in this chapter.
