For the purpose of this Title, the City is hereby divided into the following districts:

   A   Agricultural District

   R-1   Single-Family Residential District

   R-2   Two-Family and Multiple-Family Residential District

   HDR-1   Historical District - Single-Family Residential District

   HDB-1   Historical District - Business District

   B-1   General Business District

   B-2   Highway Business District

   I-1   Industrial District

The boundaries of designated districts are shown upon the map made a part of this Title, which map is designated as the Zoning Map of the City. The Zoning Map made a part of this Title and on file in the office of City Clerk, and all notations, references and other information shown thereon are a part of this Title and have the same force and effect as if the Zoning Map and all such notations, references and other information shown thereon were fully set forth or described herein.
