The existing Zoning Ordinance, being the Bell Acres Borough Zoning Ordinance, Ord. No. 154, as amended, is hereby repealed; provided, however, that if this chapter is held to be ineffective or invalid by reason of some procedural irregularity in or impediment of its passage, this repealer shall also be ineffective, in which event, the aforesaid Zoning Ordinance will have continued to remain in full force and effect.
