1. | There shall be no minimum parking requirement within the CBD or B-2 Zones, except for all new buildings and any increase in gross leasable floor area, where off-street parking shall be required pursuant to this section. |
2. | Recreation facilities. There shall be one space for every 200 feet of gross leasable floor area, except that bowling alleys shall provide two parking spaces per alley. |
3. | Shopping centers shall provide the combined parking requirement for all proposed uses. If tenants of the shopping center are not known at the time the application is reviewed by the Board, then one space per 150 square feet will be required and any approval will be conditioned upon a limitation of no more than one restaurant or fast food restaurant permitted in the shopping center, with amended site plan approval required for any additional restaurants. |
4. | Where a municipal boundary line bisects a shopping center, parking spaces in the adjacent municipality shall be counted in satisfying the minimum parking requirement. |
