For the purpose of this Chapter, the Borough of Blossburg is hereby divided into the following districts or zones which shall be designed as follows:

      R-1   Residential, Low-Medium Density

      R-2   Residential, Medium-High Density

      C-1   Central Commercial District

      C-2   Highway Commercial District

      1-1   Light Industrial District

      1-2   Heavy Industrial Use District

      S-R   Special Public Recreation Area

      S-1   Public Use District

   The location and boundaries of all zone districts shall be shown on a map entitled and known as the “Official Zoning Map of Blossburg.” Said map and all notations and references thereon are hereby incorporated into and declared to be part of this Chapter. No change of any nature shall be made in the Official Zoning Map except in conformance with the procedures set forth under §609 of Article VI, Act 247, as amended by Act 93/1972, 53 P.S. §10609.

   Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of any aforementioned districts, the Zoning Hearing Board shall determine the location of such boundary. (Ord. 244A, 3/3/1975, Art. IV, §4.300)
