Building setback line: Is an established building line back of the street line; and shall be synonymous with least depth of front yard and shall have the same application.

Front yards and building setback lines:
A front yard shall not be required in any industrial district or in any business district within a fifth area district, except for a dwelling fronting on an alley or on a street.
A building setback line is hereby established along the following streets and thoroughfares, any conflicting provisions of the zoning ordinance notwithstanding:
North Street: Every building erected shall be set back on a building line of not less than twenty (20) feet from the north side of North Street; from Bland Street, west, through and including Lots 12 and 13, Section 821, being the first two (2) lots west of Penn Mar Avenue. On the south side of North Street there is hereby established a four-foot wide setback line from Bland Street through to Jefferson Street.
Jefferson Street: Every building erected shall set back on a building line of not less than nine (9) feet from the west line of Jefferson Street; from North Street through to College Avenue.
South Street: On the south side of South Street every building erected shall be set back on a building line of not less than ten (10) feet from and along the entire length of the said south line of South Street from Bland Street through to Jefferson Street.
