The Administrator is authorized and directed to institute appropriate actions to put an end to any violations of this chapter.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall pay such fines as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, Penalties.

The owner or owners of any building or premises, or part of such building or premises, where anything in violation of this chapter shall be placed or shall exist, and any architect, builder, contractor, agent, person, or corporation employed in connection with such building or premises, and having assisted in the commission of any such violation, shall be guilty of a separate offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided for in this article.

The Town Commissioners, the Town Attorney, and the Administrator are authorized to seek legal or equitable relief to recover the costs of any litigation involved with administering or enforcing any violation of this chapter.
