Shelter-belts consisting of one or more rows when parallel to the right-of-way shall be set back a minimum of one hundred fifty (150) feet from the right-of-way line. Field belts consisting of one or more rows perpendicular of the right-of-way shall be set back a minimum of seventy-five (75) feet from the right-of-way line. Shelter-belts for existing farmstead purposes are exempt from minimum setback requirements.
