- VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES
Upon any well founded information that this chapter is being violated, or upon his own initiative, the inspector of buildings shall take immediate steps to enforce this chapter by making complaint to the district court.
Whoever violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter may, upon conviction, be fined a sum not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day, or portion of a day, that any violation is allowed to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
