Subject to all approvals and conditions required by Chapter 17.100 and the provisions of this district, the permitted uses shall be parks, playgrounds, ice skating facilities, sledding facilities, swimming facilities, nature trails, golf courses, miniature golf, driving ranges, curling facilities, tennis courts, baseball facilities, community centers, cultural arts and nature facilities, auditoriums, soccer facilities, picnic grounds, stormwater facilities, sports venues, and other uses determined by the plan commission to be similar to such uses.
