Fences, Hedges and Walls
§ 150-36 Sight triangles at intersections.
At or near an intersection, no fence, hedge, wall, shrubbery or other similar matter shall be permitted to obstruct the view of motorist across the corner for a distance of 100 feet from a point where the center of the intersecting streets meet.
§ 150-37 Construction requirements.
All fences, walls and other similar structures shall be securely built and adequately anchored.
§ 150-38 Encroachments on street rights-of-way.
No fence, wall, hedge, shrubbery or similar matter shall encroach upon the right-of-way of any street or alley.
§ 150-39 Height of fences or walls.

B.
In Block 101, Lots 2, 3, 5, and 6 of the Brooklawn Redevelopment Area only, no fence, wall or similar structure shall exceed four feet in height from ground level in the front yard, and six feet in any other yard, except a swimming pool as provided by Borough ordinance. Fences, walls or similar structures that screen on-site trash receptacles shall not exceed 10 feet in height from ground level.
