All ordinances and resolutions and all parts thereof which are in conflict with this chapter, are hereby repealed, specifically including but not limited to Ordinance No. 719 and all amendments thereto. The Floodplain Ordinance,[1] Ord. No. 938, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect and shall operate in conjunction with this chapter. Should any conflict arise between this chapter and the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC), as amended hereafter, the provisions of the UCC shall prevail.

All existing ordinances that make reference to the Borough of Brookville Zoning Ordinance shall hereafter make reference to this chapter, and, if not in conflict with this chapter, shall continue in full force and effect.
