This District is established for the purposes of providing open space within the city. This District will also be used for private and public parks and protection of environmentally sensitive areas, such as waterways and floodways associated with creeks and rivers in the city.

   A building or a lot in the OS Open Space District shall be only used for the following:

   (A)   Public parks, nature preserves, and recreation areas.

   (B)   Private parks.

   (C)   Outdoor recreational facilities.

   (D)   Golf courses.

   (E)   Agricultural operations not involving buildings or structures.

   (F)   Accessory structures and uses incidental to the above uses.

   (G)   Any use deemed to be of a similar nature as those above by the Planning and Zoning Commission.

   The following uses may be approved in accordance with § 155.1801 through 155.1803:

   (A)   Cemeteries.

   (B)   Campgrounds, including ones with travel trailer or motor home hookups.

   (C)   Public buildings and uses, including water and sewer facilities.
