The purpose of this subchapter is to ensure consistency with and conformance to the provisions established by Chapter 120 of the city code for all sexually oriented businesses.

   All sexually oriented businesses shall be established in conformance with the provisions of Chapter 120 of the city code for the opportunity to establish, as well as control, sexually oriented uses within the city.
