All mobile home parks shall be required to provide an attractive visual screen along the boundary of the mobile home park.

All mobile homes shall be located at least 30 feet from any park property boundary line abutting upon a public street or highway right-of-way and at least 15 feet from other park property boundary lines. In addition, there shall be a minimum distance of 15 feet between an individual mobile home (including accessory structures attached thereto) and adjoining pavement of a park street, a common parking area or other common areas.

§ 27-407 Setbacks for Accessory Structures in All Districts.

All Accessory Structures shall be set back from the side and/or rear lot lines for a distance of five feet, but prohibited in the front yard.
