Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, refuses to comply with, or who resists enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $750 for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

The Building and Zoning Officer or designee is hereby designated and authorized to enforce this chapter. However, it shall also be the duty of all officers, citizens, and employees of the Village to assist the Building and Zoning Officer or designee by reporting to him any new construction, reconstruction, improved land uses, or upon seeing any violation.
