OFF-STREET PARKING

§ 153.095 REQUIRED AREA FOR EACH PARKING SPACE.

   Each automobile parking space shall contain not less than 200 square feet nor less than the minimum width for stalls as specified under § 153.097.

§ 153.096 DRAINAGE, CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE.

   Stormwater shall be controlled in the manner set forth in the town stormwater regulations, Chapter 154 of this code.

§ 153.097 PARKING STALLS AND INTERIOR DRIVEWAYS.

Where there is no parking, interior driveways shall be at least ten feet for one-way traffic and 20 feet wide for two-way traffic.

§ 153.098 MINIMUM NUMBER OF SPACES.

   For any use, or class of uses, not specifically mentioned in this section, the requirements for off-street parking facilities for a similar use or class of uses specifically mentioned shall apply. For the purposes of this section, the number of employees shall be computed on the basis of the largest number of persons to be employed on the largest shift.
 
   (A)   Residential uses
Two spaces for each dwelling unit
   (B)   Church or other place of worship
One space for each four seats in main auditorium
   (C)   Club or lodge
One space for each 150 square feet used for assembly or dancing plus auditorium requirements listed in division (B) of this section
   (D)   Outdoor recreation area
One space for each three persons able to use such facility at its maximum capacity plus one space for each two employees
   (E)   Golf course
Four spaces for each hole plus requirements for any other use associated with the golf course
   (F)   Eating places
One space for each three seats plus one space for each employee
