NOTES

(a)

The minimum depth of the front-yard shall be measured from the street right-of-way line. Where a right-of-way line has not been established or is not known, the front yard setback shall be measured from the centerline of the existing road and shall be increased by twenty-five (25) feet.

(b)

The minimum width of the side yard shall be ten (10) percent of the lot width (measured at the front setback line) or twelve and one-half (12½) feet, whichever is greater with a maximum required side yard of fifteen (15) feet.

(c)

The minimum width of the side yard shall be ten (10) percent of the lot width (measured at the front setback line) or ten (10) feet, whichever is greater with a maximum required yard of fifteen (15) feet.

(d)

The minimum width of the side yard shall be ten (10) percent of the lot width (measured at the front setback line) or eight (8) feet, whichever is greater with a maximum required yard of fifteen (15) feet.
