Social and recreation common areas. Each attached age-restricted development project shall include common outdoor social and recreation facilities for the use and enjoyment of the residents of the development. Social and recreation common areas shall include without limitation active recreation areas, outdoor social gathering spaces, gazebos, pavilions, bocci courts, horseshoe pits, picnic areas, etc., including benches and tables for the use and enjoyment of residents of the development. Site amenities such as gardens should also be provided for the residents of the age-restricted development. Social and recreation common areas shall be not less than 10% of the unconstrained area of the tract.
