1Multifamily visitor parking. All multiple dwelling projects shall provide at least one visitor parking space per four dwellings located in proximity to the dwellings they are intended to serve. Location and number of spaces shall be determined by the Planning Board based on site layout. | |
2Off-street parking for senior housing projects may be reduced for projects in proximity to community facilities or based on project composition as determined solely by the Planning Board. Such reduction in spaces shall be provided in land-banked spaces for up to 50% of the reduced spaces. |
