Where the conditions imposed by any provision of this chapter are less restrictive than comparable conditions imposed by any other provisions of this chapter or of any other ordinance, resolution or regulation, the provisions which are more restrictive shall govern.

The provisions of this chapter are severable. If any article, section subdivision or provision of this chapter shall be invalid, such invalidity shall apply only to the article, section, subdivision or provisions adjudged invalid, and the rest of this chapter shall remain valid and effective.

The Zoning Ordinance known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Chili," dated March 1974, and all amendments thereto are hereby repealed, with the provision that violations of these ordinances and all amendments thereto shall remain violations to the extent that the matters in violation do not conform to the provisions of this chapter.

The adoption of this chapter shall not affect or impair any act done, offense committed or right occurred or acquired or liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred prior to the time this chapter takes effect under the ordinance relative to use districts in said Town.
