The documents to be submitted are intended to provide the approving authority with sufficient information and data to assure compliance with all Borough codes and specifications and ensure that the proposed development meets the design and improvement standards contained in this chapter. The specification of documents to be submitted is based on the type of development and particular stage of development application.

The documents to be submitted for residential development are shown on charts provided as part of the New Jersey Residential Site Improvement Standards (NJRSIS), as amended. The documents to be submitted for nonresidential development are shown on charts provided as part of the NJRSIS, as amended, for residential development and as supplemented by additional requirements in a checklist titled "Supplemental Checklist for Nonresidential Development," which accompany and are made a part of this chapter, and which are adopted herein and included by reference. In specific cases and for documented reasons, the approving authority may waive the submission of a particular document. The reasons for the waiver shall be indicated in the resolution of the approving authority.
