Business District
Uses permitted in the B-1 district shall be as follows:
A. Retail stores;
B. Clinical types of buildings for use of physicians, surgeons, dentists, or other professional practitioners;
C. Adult family homes, upon compliance with Chapter 5.04 CHMC;

The height of any point of a building or structure shall not exceed 25 feet, measured vertically thereto above original grade. (Ord. 805 § 1, 1999; Ord. 174 § 3, 1964; Ord. 74 § 7(B), 1959)
A. All setbacks shall conform to the requirements for the most restrictively classified adjacent property except that no building or structure shall be erected closer than 30 feet to adjacent right-of-way lines. Further, side yards setbacks shall not be less than 20 feet when the lot lines form a common boundary with any R-1 district. Rear and side yard setbacks shall be governed in all respects by the parking area requirements established in this title, but shall not be considered as areas going to make up total parking space requirements also established in this title.
B. Where the official street or highway map shows the future right-of-way width greater than the dedicated width, then the front yard shall be measured from the margin of the future right-of-way width.
C. Where the future right-of-way width has been established by a resolution of the planning commission, then the setback shall be measured from the margin of the future right-of-way. (Ord. 805 § 1, 1999; Ord. 74 § 7(C), 1959)
