Terminology
§ 140-5 Terms.
The present tense shall include the future, the singular number shall include the plural and the plural the singular. The word "shall" is always mandatory.
§ 140-6 Definitions.
Terms and words used herein are defined in Appendix A of this Zoning Chapter, which is hereby made a part of these regulations.[1]
