Pursuant to Article 2, § 10, of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, the following is intended to amend Local Law 1-1984, Adoption of Code, adopted December 29, 1984, by the Town Board of the Town of Colden. Said revisions shall constitute a new comprehensive zoning local law to be known as "Town of Colden Zoning Code."

This chapter shall be known as the "Town of Colden Zoning Code of 1997 of the Town of Colden, County of Erie and State of New York."
