30 AGRICULTURAL ZONE A-3 1
§ 18.30.010 Purpose.
The purpose of this chapter, providing for the establishment of an A-3 zone, is as follows:
A.
To provide a reasonable lot size standard for areas that tend to have some small degree of environmental sensitivity but are not considered environmentally sensitive.
B.
To provide for better zoning transition.
C.
To ensure the compatibility of the farming, forestry, and recreational uses of these areas.
