ARTICLE XIV
Costs Associated With Property Maintenance for Noncompliance

§ 145-109 Costs to be paid to Township.
The following costs to be charged and collected against said lands and premises for noncompliance of Ord. No. 2007-487[1] shall be as follows:
A.
The actual costs paid for by or on behalf of the Township of Commercial for the cleanup of said property; or
B.
In the event that the Township of Commercial Public Works employees perform any property maintenance:
(1)
An amount equal to $500 minimum charge;
(2)
Thereafter $100 per hour per employee;
(3)
Plus $100 per hour piece of equipment for the time spent performing said property maintenance.
