The fee for an application or appeal related to property located partially or completely with the RD, RN, RH, UT, CN, CU, CG, CBP, OCP, CVP, or IS Districts shall be four hundred sixty dollars ($460.00).

The fee for an application or appeal related to property located within all other Districts shall be three hundred seventy dollars ($370.00).

The fee for an application or appeal related to property, which requires notification to abutters whose property is located outside the boundaries of the City of Concord, shall include an additional fee of eighty-two dollars ($82.00). The requirement for abutter notification shall be specified in RSA 356-B, RSA 676:7, and Section 28-9-3(f)(3) of this ordinance.

The fee shall be payable to the City of Concord at the Code Administration Office at the time the application or appeal is filed. The fee shall include the cost of abutter notification and all other costs of legal notice.
