70 STATE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT
§ 19.70.010 State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA).
(1)
The town's SEPA ordinance is on file in the office of the town of Concrete with the town clerk.
(2)
The town of Concrete's SEPA ordinance, as it is now written or will later be amended, is hereby adopted by reference as part of this code.
