Any Development, any Building or Structure constructed, moved or structurally altered, or any Use established after the effective date of this ordinance in violation of the provisions of this ordinance, by any person, firm, association, corporation, including Building contractors or their agents, shall be deemed a violation. A violation which is not corrected on the order of the Zoning Administrator shall be referred to the District Attorney or Corporation Counsel who shall expeditiously prosecute violations. Any person, firm or corporation who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a forfeiture of not less than $10.00 nor more than $200.00 per offense, together with the taxable cost of action. Each day which the violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
