No part of a lot having a width less than 1/2 the minimum required width for the district may be counted as a part of the required minimum lot area. |
2 | On streets with less than a fifty-foot right-of-way, all buildings shall be set back a distance, measured from the center line of the existing roadway, of at least the required front yard plus 25 feet. |
