Cumming City Zoning Code

    The official zoning map shall be identified by the signature of the Mayor attested by the City Clerk, under the following statement:

      This is to certify that this is the official zoning map referred to in Section 165.07 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Cumming, Iowa, as adopted _________________.

   The official zoning map shall be on file in the office of the Clerk and shall be the final authority as to the current zoning status of land, buildings, and other structures in the City.
