The Land Use, Urban Design, and Conservation/Open Space Elements of the General Plan shall become the Land Use Plan portion of the City's local coastal program for all certified areas of the City not governed by the Dana Point Specific Plan/Local Coastal Program. This Zoning Code shall become the Implementing Actions of the City's local coastal program for all certified areas of the City not governed by the Dana Point Specific Plan/Local Coastal Program. |
