Section 15.20.610 Termination And Regulation Of A Billboard

  1. Termination of a billboard and associated property rights may be required by the County with the voluntary consent of the billboard owner through:
    1. gift;
    2. purchase;
    3. agreement; or
    4. exchange.
  2. Termination of a billboard and associated property rights may be required by the County without the voluntary consent of the billboard owner through eminent domain in accordance with Section 17-27a.512, Utah Code.
  3. A nonconforming billboard may not be rebuilt or replaced by anyone other than its owner or the owner acting through its contractors.

Section 15.20.620 Manufactured Homes

  1. A manufactured home must be attached to a permanent foundation in accordance with plans providing for vertical loads, uplift, and lateral forces and frost protection in compliance with the applicable building code.
  2. All appendages, including carports, garages, storage buildings, additions, or alterations must be built in compliance with the applicable building code.
  3. A manufactured home will not be excluded from any land use zone or area in which a single-family residence would be permitted, provided the manufactured home complies with this title and all building codes and any restrictive covenants applicable to a single-family residence within that zone or area.
  4. Manufactured homes constructed on or after June 15, 1976, shall be identifiable by the manufacturer's data plate bearing the date the unit was manufactured and a HUD label attached to the exterior of the home certifying the home was manufactured to HUD standards.

Section 15.20.630 Regulation Of Amateur Radio Antennas

It is the intent of this chapter to:

  1. Comply with the ruling of the Federal Communications Commission in "Amateur Radio Preemption, 101 FCC 2nd 952 (1985)" or a regulation related to amateur radio service adopted under 47 C.F.R. Part 97; and
  2. For regulations involving the placement, screening, or height of an amateur radio antenna based on health, safety, or aesthetic conditions:
    1. reasonably accommodate amateur radio communications; and
    2. represent the minimal practicable regulation to accomplish the purpose of this title.
