§ 30-88

MINIMUM OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS.

[1972 Code § 18-71]

Minimum off-street parking spaces shall be provided as follows:

Use	Off-Street Parking Spaces
Auditoriums/theaters	One space per 800 square feet of gross floor area or one space for every four persons legally permitted to occupy the premises, whichever is greater.
Bars/taverns	One space for every four seats.
Church	One space for every five seats.
Dwellings	Two spaces per dwelling unit; provided that there shall be no minimum off-street parking requirement for dwellings in the R- 1, R-2, R-3 and R-4 Districts.
Financial institutions	One space for 250 square feet of gross floor area.
Offices/professional offices	One space per 500 square feet of gross floor area.
Restaurants	One space for every four seats.
Retail sales	One space per 200 square feet of gross floor area.
Service stations	Four spaces per service bay.
