ARTICLE V

Community Business District I

§ 175-14 Permitted uses.

In the Community Business District I, the following uses are permitted by right:
A. 
Those uses permitted in residence districts (Article IV).
B. 
A store or shop for the conduct of retail business, provided that all merchandise shall be contained wholly within a building.
C. 
A personal service shop.
D. 
A banking, commercial, professional or governmental office.
E.

A laundry and/or dry-cleaning agency, provided that no laundering or dry cleaning is done on the premises.
