A.   Fees Imposed: Any applicant for a change in or a variance of this title shall be required to pay the following fees at appropriate stages of the consideration of the application: (Ord. 994, 4-13-1999)

      1.   A nonrefundable fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00), to be paid prior to the submission or consideration of any agenda item; (Ord. 1012, 12-13-1999)

      2.   A nonrefundable fee of forty dollars ($40.00), to be paid prior to the approval of any final plat submitted to the city council 1 ; and

      3.   In any case in which publication or mailing or delivery of notices is required, a nonrefundable fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00), to be paid prior to the city council authorizing publication, mailing or delivery.

   B.   Payment Required Before Application Consideration: Until such fees are paid, the city administrator, the planning and zoning commission or the city council shall not consider any application for any zoning change or variance or for approval of any final plat and shall not authorize publication, mailing or delivery of notices required for such application. The city administrator is hereby authorized and required to collect the fees provided for herein and to maintain such records and issue such receipts as are required to give evidence of payment to the city council or the planning and zoning commission. (Ord. 587, 9-12-1977)
