Conformity with the Site Review Regulations, Chapter 153, §§ 153-14 and 153-17, site development criteria, as deemed necessary by the Director of Planning and Community Development.
Where parking spaces are provided for nonresidential structures and this parking area adjoins a residential use, suitable screening at least seven feet in height shall be provided and maintained.
In the Central Business District (CBD) and Cochecho Waterfront District (CWD), municipal parking facilities may be substituted for the requirements of this section.
