All uses and structures throughout the Township shall comply with all applicable floodplain requirements, including without limitation those set for the in the East Earl Township Floodplain Ordinance, Ordinance No. 197 of 2016, as may be amended from time to time,[1] the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth.
