Districts and Boundaries
§ 120-7 Establishment of districts.
The Town of Eaton has three existing districts:

§ 120-8 Land Use Map.
The land use districts are shown, defined and bounded on the map entitled "Town of Eaton Land Use Map," which, with all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby made a part of this chapter. The map shall be on file in the Town Clerk's office.
§ 120-9 Land Use Schedule.
The Land Use Schedule shows, for all districts, the permitted minimum requirements for lot sizes, road frontage, yard setbacks and maximum building heights.[1]
