Environmental Impact and Assessment

§ 170-89 Environmental impact statement.

[Amended 4-8-1993 by Ord. No. 6-1993[1]]
The requirement for projects to file an environmental impact statement pursuant to this article has been repealed. All other sections of this chapter found inconsistent with this determination shall also be repealed.
