The specific regulations and restrictions applicable within each zone and governing: a) the location and use of land, buildings and other structures for residential, commercial, industrial or other purposes; b) the size of yards, courts and other open spaces; c) the height, number of stories and size of buildings and other structures; d) the density of population; e) the percentage of a lot that may be occupied; and f) such other elements of development as authorized by law or court action, shall be as herein set forth.
